Terms & Conditions – Surrey Spray Decorators

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging the services of Surrey Spray Decorators, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Surrey Spray Decorators (“We” or “Us”).

2. Quotations and Estimates:

All quotations and estimates provided by Surrey Spray Decorators are based on the information provided by the Client and are subject to change upon further assessment. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

3. Payment Terms:

a) A deposit may be required before work commences. The deposit amount will be specified in the quotation. b) The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or cheque. c) Invoices not settled within the specified timeframe will incur a late payment fee of [X]% per week.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

6. Materials and Equipment:

a) Surrey Spray Decorators will provide all necessary painting and decorating materials unless otherwise specified. b) The Client is responsible for ensuring that the premises are accessible and clear of obstacles to facilitate the work.

7. Warranty and Liability:

a) Surrey Spray Decorators guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials used for a period of [X] years from the completion date. b) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or any modifications made after completion. c) In the event of any defects covered by the warranty, Surrey Spray Decorators reserves the right to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

8. Insurance:

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Surrey Spray Decorators reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
